Leadership Coaching provides access to an external coach who is trained to support people who lead and manage professional relationships.

As individuals at work, each person has a part to play in the success of their organisation.  Whether it is the business of saving lives or the business of earning a profit, each person has a role in how well that organisation functions. Managers play a vital role in influencing and enhancing staff performance.

In reality, optimum performance or optimum productivity often does not occur.  Staff can underperform for a variety of reasons and challenging behaviours can occur. Dysfunctional habits can develop and reactive, stress-induced incidents can lead to many unfortunate outcomes.

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to address these challenges.
