The Reflect Model - Hoilistic Health Survey

The Reflect Model work shop is a short workshop designed to both facilitated as a functional survey and a process driven experience for your staff.

It focuses on your staff becoming more  aware of their own individual wellbeing while at the same time collecting valuable information for the organisations overall wellness.

The Reflect Model has been developed as a psychotherapeutic tool, to allow your employees to take some time to explore themselves and the various areas of themsleves and their ability to be well - in thie working lives.

It can also be tailored simply as a survey to better understand areas within an organistion that may have the potential for unwellness within their staff.

Out of this workshop your staff can provide valuable feedback to you and your organisation as to what other workshops would be appropriate to improve their workplace wellness.

The Reflect Model allows your staff to individually focus on areas of wellness that may need attending to and can encourage them to be more proactive with self care.
