Educational Services and Support
Onsite Services – access to a dedicated onsite wellness consultant.
Our onsite services provide you and your people with a dedicated wellness consultant at an agreed location as frequently as negotiated.
Staff are encouraged to come and talk to the onsite wellness consultant about anything they might have on their mind (work related or personal issues) or anything that may be causing them stress.
Our onsite wellness consultants can also provide support during and following critical incidents or traumatic events that may affect the workplace. They may also suggest further support through referral to our counselling and therapeutic services team.
Psychological Services– access to a wide variety of counselling and therapeutic services.
Counselling and therapeutic services can be accessed by people who feel they need a more focused solution to onsite services. They can access this service offsite to work through specific issues which they maybe struggling to deal with on their own.
This service can take the form of counselling for issues like stress, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, conflict resolution etc…
Where negotiated, staff may also access other therapeutic services such as budgeting advice, health and fitness, massage, acupuncture and a wide range of other services. Our onsite wellness consultant can help staff identify what is best suited to them.
Professional Support Services – access to an external consultant to support people that manage staff and professional relationships.
This service can provide a safe, confidential and secure environment, allowing individuals to explore the professional relationships they manage. It also provides access to a non judgemental environment for the employee to promote their own health and well being within these relationships. These sessions can be conducted both on and off site; as negotiated.
Supervision Services - access to an external consultant to support people in their professional role and the relationships they have with their clients.
This service can provide a safe, confidential and secure environment, allowing individuals to explore the professional relationships they develop with clients. It also provides access to a non judgemental environment for the individual to promote their own health and well being within these relationships. These sessions can be conducted both on and off site; as negotiated.
Executive Coaching - access to an external Coach to support people leaders to effectively manage staff and other professional relationships.
This service can provide a safe, confidential and secure environment in developing a relationship to focus individuals on the professional relationships they manage. The process can take the form of 6 structured sessions along with tools such as a Guidebook, Journal and discsussion notes with set targets and review.
It can also take the form of an ongoing coaching relationhsip that allows individuals to have a place to go for ongoing learning and development, self paced while being support by a trained coach.
Organisational Development - (content under development)
Wellness Training Services – tailor made training to promote health and wellness.
Our tailor made training solutions can help staff understand their role in managing their own wellbeing at work and in their life in general. Training shows staff how to identify issues as they arise, and to take the necessary steps to prevent them from escalating. It gives staff the opportunity to look at their overall well being, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, to help ensure they are taking steps to keep themselves healthy.
Training can also equip managers and team leaders with tools to recognise stress in their teams and to take steps to highlight and resolve these issues early. It encourages management to look at work practices, processes and environmental aspects of their workplace that may cause stress and identify ways they can minimise these.
Appropriate training solutions can then be developed and implemented to attend to each issue. Training solutions can be developed either through an external consultancy process or in conjunction with your training team.
Workshops and Presentations – Onsite or offsite employee workshops and wellness presentations.
ThinkWell can offer a number of workshops that relate to health and well being. These workshops are also available in the form of presentations that can be given to a wide number of employees within a short duration. These presentations cover a number of topics including personal health and fitness, the affects of stress, strategies to reduce stress and fatigue, nutrition, the importance of sleep, anxiety awareness, depression awareness and a number of other areas of interest.
Workshops can be developed specific to an organisations needs and requirements or can be general in application. Workshops vary in duration. They can be anything from 40 minute lunchtime presentations to multi-day workshops.
